Resident Care Manager Job Duties (but not limited to):

• Plans develops, and organizes work tasks; coordinates supervises and evaluates employees.
• Coordinates the unit's services and activities in consultation with the Director of Nursing.
• Develops, implements, and oversees resident and activity care plans for residents/clients in conjunction with the attending physician’s orders and treatments for residents.
• Reviews these plans periodically for appropriateness of levels and quality of care, and institutes interventions as needed.

Resident Care Manager Requirements:
Current State of Hawaii RN License
Minimum of (3) years of RN experience, Supervisory/Management preferred
Current CPR/BLS & First Aid Certification
Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray – within 1-year
