Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) for an Operating Room for 13 weeks in 265-bed hospital in Lawton, OK!
Schedule: 6:30am-3:00pm (40 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: 1-2 weekend days of call per 13-week period
Per Hour Break Down:
$2350-$2440 Weekly Pay!
- Gross Hourly: $61.15/hr.
- Taxable Rate (W2) $30.00/hr.
- Non-Taxable Per Diem Eligibility: $31.15/hr.
Responsibilities
- Pre-op Prep: Review charts, confirm patient ID and consents, and ensure a sterile environment.
- Intra-op Support: Assist with positioning, monitor vitals, pass instruments, and maintain tool counts.
- Post-op Duties: Transfer patients to recovery, document procedures, and communicate with PACU staff.
- OR Maintenance: Clean and check equipment, restock supplies, and follow safety/infection protocols.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the surgical team, participate in timeouts/debriefs, and support quality improvement.
