Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Dietitian (RDN, LDN) to work a 13 week TRAVEL assignment to help one of our clients in Freeport, IL.

Start: ASAP

Shift: Days; 5x8hr; 8am-4:30pm, with every other to every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focusing on nutrition status, physiology, and medical history to inform tailored diet plans
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate diagnostic evaluation results, weight management strategies, and specific needs such as tube feeding or geriatrics
  • Provide expert guidance on nutrition therapy for acute care and long-term care patients, including those with complex conditions like geriatrics or requiring specialized dietary modifications

 

 

Job Requirements

Required Experience:

  • 2 years
  • Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care, geriatrics, or long-term care environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in nutrition diagnosis, dietary assessment techniques, and the creation of effective care plans.

 

Required Licenses & Certifications: RDN, LDN, BLS
