Job responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Monitor and promptly communicate changes in patient conditions or behavior
• Collaborate proactively with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient care activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 Year experience preferred
• Active nursing license (RN and LPNs) or Certified Nursing Assistant certification (for CNAs)

•  BLS Certification (Required)

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare setting
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards patients
