  Number of Beds – 42 bed IP Rehab unit

• Number of Staff –  Varies on shift and volume, average of 12 staff
• Type of staff: Director, Lead PT, Physical and Occupational Therapists and assistants

o   Day Shift – Director, Lead PT, 4-5 PT’s, 5-6 PTA’s

o   Night Shift – no nights

• Patient Ratios –  varies on volume
• Type of equipment – Treatments beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, exercise bikes
• EMR - Meditech 
  

  Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

  Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

  • BLS, 1 year current Hospital acute care, IP Rehab or SNF   experience
  • Must be able to work varied Day shift hours

  Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first.

  • DPT

  List typical procedures performed on unit(s):  

  • Inpatient care to Orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic and general med/surg populations
  • Schedule determined by surgical volume, weekends and holiday rotation
