Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our per diem team at a long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Woodstock, IL. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Monitor patient status, document changes, and report concerns to providers
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Support patients and families with education, communication, and compassion
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license in good standing
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 1+ year of RN experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
- Availability for both day and night shifts
