Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, vital signs, and medication administration
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff on treatment plans
- Accurately complete nursing documentation and patient charts
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
- Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies
- Uphold clinical standards, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor withdrawal symptoms and patient safety
Qualifications: LPN
- Current LPN license in Colorado
- Valid BLS/CPR
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
- Previous nursing experience preferred (behavioral health or medical/surgical background helpful)
- Ability to perform delegated nursing tasks under RN supervision
