Job Description

Job Overview
Express Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a quaint, upscale recovery and addiction treatment facility. This role requires a strong commitment to patient health and wellness, along with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing and AANP certification.
  • Valid Vermont or Compact Nurse Practitioner license and DEA License
  • Valid CPR/BLS certification.
  • Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or primary care preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
