TC RN - $48/hour

Location: Woodstock, IL
Facility Type: Long Term Care / Rehabilitation
Schedule: Day & Night Shifts Available

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Woodstock, IL. This flexible opportunity is ideal for RNs who are passionate about caring for geriatric and post-acute patients, and who thrive in a team-focused, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
  • Monitor patient status, document changes, and report concerns to providers
  • Work collaboratively with CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Support patients and families with education, communication, and compassion
  • Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Active Illinois RN license in good standing
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • 1+ year of RN experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
  • Availability for both day and night shifts
