Express Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Medical Assistant to support a high-end Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery and dermatology clinic in NW Oklahoma City, led by one of the most well-known plastic and dermatology physicians in Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a polished, patient-focused setting that blends aesthetic, dermatologic, and plastic procedures with a commitment to top-tier care!

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner

• Take vital signs, document patient histories, and assist with dermatology and aesthetic procedures

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

• Support front office with scheduling, calls, and patient follow-ups

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless clinic operations

Qualifications:

• Medical Assisting transcript, diploma or certification preferred but not required if you have at least 1 year on the job experience. New Grads welcome to apply!

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures

• EMR experience is a plus
