We are seeking an experienced Medical–Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs. The ideal candidate has strong assessment skills, can manage multiple priorities, and delivers compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify care needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Monitor patient status and respond effectively to changes in condition
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate basic-to-advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education throughout the hospital stay
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and safety standards
- Participate in unit quality improvement and professional practice development
- Promote a safe, supportive, and ethical care environment
Requirements:
- Current State RN License — Required
- AHA BLS/BCLS — Required
- AHA ACLS — Required
- PALS — Required
- NRP — Required
- ATT certification — Required
- Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience — Required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Contract Details:
- 13 Week Contract
- 3 - 12 Hour Shifts NOCS
- Maximum Pay: $1,240 Per Diem Eligibilitiy + $1,206 Taxed
