    $55k - $79k MDS M-F On Call and Weekend Rotation Direct Hire in Marion, IA!

    Job Type: Full-time

    The MDS Coordinator will assess each Resident’s needs and coordinate with family, interdisciplinary staff, and the Resident’s themselves, to develop an individualized care plan that will enhance each Resident’s independence, dignity, safety, and autonomy.

    Pay: $26.50 - $38.00 per hour

    $55k-$79k
     
    M-F 8-5 on call during the week with flexibility - on-call every 3rd wknd (rotation) 
     

    Job Requirements

    • Work Hours: Full Time
    • Training For Position: Formal and Informal
    • Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
    • Physical Requirements: Light lifting and carrying
    • Education: Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nursing Degree
    • Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of DON experience, preferably in a long-term care community.
