Job Requirements

Requirements:

Current State of Hawaii LPN License

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent clinical experience (within the last 24 months)

Current CPR/BLS Certification

Current Two-Step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance (within 1 year)
