Title: LPN
Location: Pearl City, HI
Pay: Up to $36 per hour
Shifts: ALL shifts available
Day: 6:30AM - 3PM
Eve: 2:30PM - 11PM
NOC: 10:30PM - 6AM

LPN Job Duties (but not limited to):

• Prepare, administer, and record medication & observe/report drug reactions or medication errors
• Trach and Vent care
• Assist, develop, revise and review resident care plans

LPN Requirements:

• Current State of Hawaii LPN License
• Minimum of 6 months of recent LPN experience, Trach and Vent preferred – within 24 months
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray clearance – within 1-year
