Hospice RN (Travel Contract)

Job Description

Express Healthcare Staffing is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered hospice care to individuals and their families during life's most challenging moments. We are seeking a dedicated Hospice RN to join our team and provide exceptional end of life care. 

 

  • Provide skilled nursing care, pain management, and symptom control for hospice patients 
  • Educate patients and families on the hospice process, medications and comfort care measures
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Adhere to hospice policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

 

Travel Contract: Grand Junction, Colorado

 

$32.22/hr taxed ($1159.22 weekly)

PLUS $1000 Per Diem Weekly Eligibility

13 Week Contract

36 Hours 

Shift:12 Hour Nights with call req. 2 shifts a month

 

Job Requirements

  • BLS/CPR
