Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Hospice RN to provide high quality, patient centered care to individuals. As a Home Health Hospice RN, you will play a critical role in delivering care, ensuring comfort, dignity and support for patients and their families. 

 

Travel Contract

Gunnison, Co.  

$41.44/hr taxed ($1491.84 weekly taxed)

PLUS $1100 Weekly Per Diem Eligibility 

36 hours guaranteed

13 week contract

EMR: Brightree

Shift: Day Shift with call requirements (call 1-2 nights per week and 1-2 weekends per month)

Total Weekly Eligibility: $2592
