Job Description

Express Healthcare Staffing is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Home Health/Hospice RN to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses, ensuring comfort, dignity and emotional support for both patients and their families.   • Provide skilled nursing care focused on pain management, symptom control, and emotional support
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the hospice team
  • Educate patients and families on disease progression, medications and end of life care

 

Travel Contract: Gunnison, Colorado

 

$41.44/hr taxed ($1491.84 weekly)

PLUS $1100 Weekly Per Diem Eligibility

13 Week Contract

36 Hours 

Shift: Days

Job Requirements

  • BLS/CPR
