Pay: $24/hr DOE, plus commission
About the Role: In this role, you will be primarily focused on managing day-to-day staffing functions for the Express Healthcare office to ensure associates are being scheduled accurately and our open needs are up to date, as well as recruiting new licensed medical professionals. This includes educating associates and effectively communicating with active clients to meet their staffing needs. Ability to multitask is critical in this role. Ability to engage with potential and active clients, build and maintaining positive relationship is key. Finding great clinicians and putting them to work in great facilities is what we do!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: This is an onsite role. The person selected for this role will be working out of our downtown Seattle office.
Staffing /Recruiting Performance Objectives:
- Builds strong and positive business relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Actively sources and recruits clinicians for per diem, contract, and direct hire placements.
- Accurately maintains clinicians schedules and assists them with getting booked.
- Maintains positive relationship with active clients.
- Builds relationships with potential clients.
- Assists in any additional Express administrative functions as needed to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.
- Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Skills & Experience:
- Self-motivated
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a Healthcare recruiting or scheduling capacity (1 year pref)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
