Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
• Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
• Maintain patient records and update medical history forms
• Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

• Proficient in using dental practice management software such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft
• Must Speak English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and providers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with medical records management and maintaining confidentiality
