Flexible Shifts:

• 8am-8pm (12 hrs)
• 8am-5pm (8 hrs)
• 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, or 4pm-8pm (4 hrs)

Pay:

• New Grad: $19/hour
• Medical Assistant: $21/hour
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA): $23/hour

Location: Honolulu, HI

Job Summary:

Perform medical and administrative duties in an outpatient clinic and urgent care setting. Responsibilities include patient care under supervision, such as taking vital signs, assisting with exams, specimen collection, lab tests, and administering treatments. Additionally, handle administrative tasks like patient registration, scheduling, insurance claims, record filing, billing coordination, and arranging referrals and hospital admissions.

Requirements:

• Current Medical Assistant Certificate
• Minimum of 6 months of recent Medical Assistant experience (within the last 24 months)
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
• Current AHA CPR/BLS Certification
• Current Two-Step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance (within 1 year)
• Federal Fingerprint
• Proof of vaccinations: MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID, and FLU
