RN Patient Care Coordinators needed in Portland, OR!

 

Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $40.83/hr Taxed
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,687/wk
• $3,320/wk Gross Eligibility

 

Description:
-Oregon & WA RN or compact license active and on file
-Must have 1 year of case manager or PCC experience
-RN will be needed to work on wknds Sun-Sat w/holidays
-Previous KP experience preferred
-EPIC charting and experience with Medicaid/Medicare
-All RNs will be expected to float to at least 1 neighboring location: Salem Hospital, Peace Health SW, OHSU, Legacy Salmon Creek.

 

5 Shift Openings to choose from!
1) 0800-1630
2) 1100-1930 x 2
3) 0000-0830
4) 1600-0030

Required Experience:
•OR License or Waiver Eligible
•BLS

Schedule/Facility Info:
•Schedule: 8hr Shifts
•GTD: 40hrs/wk
•13 weeks
•ASAP start
