Bilingual Medical Assistant (Spanish Speaking) - Mundelein, IL
We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant for a family medicine and primary care clinic in Mundelein, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Room and prepare patients for visits
- Obtain and document medical histories
- Measure and record vital signs
- Assist providers during examinations
- Administer injections and medications as directed
- Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
- Document patient information in electronic medical records
- Perform EKGs
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Phlebotomy experience required
- EKG experience required
- Ability to work a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week
- Availability to work every other weekend on a rotating basis
