Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and make an immediate impact in the lives of patients. Our practice is dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care, specializing in comprehensive therapy services with a strong focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation and vestibular/balance therapy.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Pay rate $25.00+/hourly 

•  Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).

• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and modalities, with emphasis on pelvic health and balance.

• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising PT.

• Educate patients and their families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and overall progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with practice standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Oklahoma.

• Previous experience or training in pelvic floor therapy required.

• Knowledge of vestibular/balance rehabilitation strongly preferred.

• Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
