    Job Description

    Express is looking for an experienced long term/memory care LPN to work in Nashville, TN!

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, ADL's.
    - Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
    - Document patient information, including medical history and treatment plans

    Details:

    Hours: AM and PM shifts available. 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. 

    Pay Breakdown: 

    Salary: $34.00 - $36.00/hr

    Job Requirements

    Requirements:
    - Valid Tennessee Nursing License
    - Proven experience as an LPN (at least 1 year)
    - Long Term/Memory Care experience preferred
