Express Healthcare Professionals is looking for a skilled LPN who is looking to pick up per diem shifts as needed. Current needs will be 8 hour shifts, 2:45p-11:15p, at a local assisted living facility. Shifts will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Reliability will increase available shifts.
Per Diem: 2:45pm-11:15pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Document patient information, including medical history and treatment plans
- Assisted living experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Valid Tennessee Nursing License
- Proven experience as an LPN (at least 1 year)
- Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
