Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care and Assessment:

   • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
   • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
   • Assist physicians during medical procedures and surgeries as needed.
   • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected.

3. Medical Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient history, care plans, and progress notes.
   • Comply with legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and data protection.

4. Patient Education:

   • Provide patients and their families with information on managing their health conditions and treatment plans.
   • Educate patients about preventive healthcare practices and lifestyle modifications.
