Job Description:

Job Functions:

• Establish, implement and evaluate goals and objectives for home health and hospice services 
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
• Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient services
• Assure development, implementation and updated of patient's POCs
• Provide team guidance, mentoring and training

Job Requirements: 

• Current, unencumbered license to practice nursing in Idaho State
• 3-5 years of RN experience and 2-3 years supervisory experience specifically in a Home Health and Hospice environment
• Supervisory and/or management experience in a healthcare environment
