    Express Healthcare is hiring LPNs to work in Centralia, WA!

    Setting: Hospital Contract

    • Pay: $49/hr 
    • 3x12 NOC Shift
    • Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
    • Must have an address 50+ miles away from facility

    Job Requirements

    Must-Have: 

      • Resume/Work Experience
      • BLS (with hands-on component)
      • 2 references from either a charge nurse or supervisor that cover 6 months of experience in the last 2 years. 
      • COVID Vaccination Card (let me know if you need a form for Religious/Medical Exemption)
      • TB Test (within the last 12 months)
    • Active LPN License in the State of Washington
    • At least 6 months of experience within the last 2 years
