Express Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care in a medical group home setting. This unique opportunity allows you to work closely with a small team of multidisciplinary providers and a group of 8 clients, offering more personalized and impactful care in a supportive, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and support tailored to each client

• Conduct monthly evaluations and health assessments

• Accompany clients to medical appointments and coordinate follow-up care

• Manage medication administration and process new orders accurately

• Maintain thorough documentation and health records

• Provide triage support to clients in other group homes as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Montana

• Current BLS or CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license for at least 5 years with a clean driving record over the past 3 years
